About Us

Who We Are

A Voice for Good Governance

Leadership Watch was founded in 1999 by Dr. Martins P. Iwuanyanwu, a renowned activist, author, and policy strategist. From inception, the organization has focused on one mission: to influence leadership positively, hold leaders accountable, and raise role models who inspire society.

For more than two decades, we have partnered with government institutions, international organizations, and private sector stakeholders to provide training, research, and development programs that impact governance, leadership, and community development.

Our approach is holistic — combining policy dialogue, ICT-driven education, grassroots engagement, human rights advocacy, and global collaborations to create leaders who deliver effectively on the priorities of their people.

Our Mission

To empower leaders and emerging leaders through research, capacity building, ICT education, advocacy, and strategic collaborations for accountable and impactful leadership.

Our Vision
